I would recommend the hospital and also the surgeon, but I couldn't do enough for myself Irem is lovely and will be available 24/7 if I get any more surgery. I would go by Bridge Health Travel as the best ***** defo 5-star.

Amazed at the level of care and hospitality given by Irem and those at the hospital. Am shocked at how efficient everything was and no time was wasted between the procedures and seeing the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful and Irem was with us every step of the way and took tremendous care of us. She took care of everything for us. From the endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and pharmacy visit she was with us every step of the way and even recommended shops near our hotel to purchase food and the diet needed for these procedures. She is a gem. The hospital was immaculate.

Ich kann diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Arbeiten erledigen möchte. Ich kann wirklich nicht erklären, wie außergewöhnlich sie vom Anfang bis zum Ende waren. Super sauberer und freundlicher Ort, der Sie wie einen VIP behandelt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter kümmert sich wirklich um Sie und sorgt stets dafür, dass es Ihnen gut geht. Ich hatte sogar ständig Reinigungskräfte, die zu mir kamen und sich vergewisserten, dass es mir gut ging oder ob ich etwas brauchte. Außerdem gab es eine tolle Dame namens Irem, die mir bei allem behilflich war, und sie hielt auch den Kontakt zu meinem Mann, der zu Hause war, um ihm zu sagen, dass bei mir alles in Ordnung sei, und versicherte ihm die ganze Zeit, während ich mich erholte. Aber ehrlich gesagt ist die Erklärung meiner Erfahrung nichts im Vergleich zur tatsächlichen Erfahrung. Ich kann sie nicht genug empfehlen

Je suis actuellement à 2 semaines d'une opération après une manche gastrique et j'ai eu la meilleure expérience avec les voyages de santé en pont - j'ai été aidée tout au long par Irem et je lui dois vraiment beaucoup pour m'avoir aidé à changer ma vie ! Dès le début, elle a été très serviable, solidaire et attentionnée ! C'est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi cette entreprise, car je l'avais harcelée pendant des mois et des mois avant de décider d'aller de l'avant et je suis content de l'avoir fait. Mon expérience pendant mon opération jusqu’à mon retour à la maison a également été très bonne. L'équipe et le chirurgien étaient très compétents et attentionnés, me surveillant tout au long de la journée et Irem est toujours là pour toute question ou si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes pendant mon séjour et c'était également très confortable. Si vous amenez un compagnon, ils ont également installé un lit à côté du lit d'hôpital et 3 repas par jour pour leur quotidien, ce qui était un très beau geste. Tellement bon pour le rapport qualité/prix ! Et l'équipe est vraiment la meilleure. Vous constatez déjà une perte de poids constante après 13 jours et Irem vous donne toutes les informations supplémentaires et les médicaments avec lesquels rentrer à la maison afin que vous soyez prêt à votre retour à la maison !

What a fantastic experience. Upon landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who drove us in comfort to the hospital (real hospital, not a small clinic). There I met Irem who welcomed myself and husband warmly and spoke excellent English. She answered all questions and was able to calm my nerves entirely. Irem was incredibly knowledgable - with her own nursing experience - so we knew I was in good hands. In 2 hours of arriving at the (very clean) hospital, I had received a multitude of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests would have taken place over months in the UK so I was impressed! The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly. Our private en-suite rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and blankets every day, if not more often. My husband who travelled with me was offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. I met the surgeon - who performs bariatric surgery solely - who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He explained, with the help of Irem, what was going to happen and how long I would be in surgery etc. On the day I was taken to surgery, everything went perfectly well. I was monitored by the loveliest nurses very regularly to ensure my post-op condition was good. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so efficient and all procedures were done absolutely as you would see in the UK (just quicker). I had a 1-2-1 conversation with a dietician who explained my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a giant bag of vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery - what to expect etc and a comprehensive copy of my medical notes. I was taken by private transfer to the hotel, which was lovely in a fabulous location. Myself and husband were very comfortable throughout. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. I think there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, but I was so impressed by the efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge of the team throughout. I believe you get more than what you pay for and I am very excited to start my new weight loss journey post-surgery. Wow, que puis-je dire ? J'ai eu la meilleure expérience grâce à Bridge Health Travel (Irem), tout a été discuté avant même de monter dans l'avion. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôpital medstar Irem vous attendra avec le sourire !! Vous êtes admis tout de suite et les examens commencent (ils ne perdent pas de temps) après mon opération, j'ai toujours été surveillée par les infirmières/mon chirurgien et Irem. Partir à l'étranger pour me faire opérer m'a fait peur, mais maintenant que j'en ai fait l'expérience, je le recommande à 100 % et j'y retournerai ! Je suis à la maison maintenant presque une semaine après l'opération et j'ai perdu 1 pierre - je me sens fantastique !! Merci à tous chez Bridge Health Travel de m'avoir aidé à être meilleur et en meilleure santé.

Je suis récemment allée chercher ma manche gastrique à Antalya avec la Lovely Irem et son équipe. Je n'ai vraiment rien à leur reprocher. tout s'est très bien passé depuis l'arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'aux transferts à l'hôtel pour être pris en charge par les charmantes infirmières. Je n'ai eu aucun problème. Irem m'a tout expliqué et m'a mis à l'aise. Je ne recommanderais personne d'autre. Merci encore Irem pour tout ce que tu as fait pour moi.

Cette clinique a été incroyable du début à la fin, je n'ai rien à leur reprocher. J’ai bénéficié d’un soutien total avant même de prendre l’avion. Ensuite, j'ai été attendu du début à la fin chaque jour où j'étais là-bas. L'hôpital était très accommodant et n'aurait pas pu demander mieux. L’hôtel qu’ils m’ont proposé était tout simplement parfait pour récupérer.

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for gastric sleeve surgery. We were picked up at the airport in a private transfer and taken to the hospital and greeted by the wonderful Irem. The staff were amazing, the nurses and staff at the hospital, the cleaners, the surgeon were all brilliant. Irem took care of me and was there every step of the way, any questions were answered and I felt so at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained at all points, tests were extremely thorough. I was so nervous before arriving, but as soon as I arrived Irem was there and led me through every step of the way , the care I received from the staff was amazing … I was constantly being checked in on , changing my bedding and giving me medication, my mum who came with me for free received 3 hot meals a day. Overall really happy with my experience with the hospital and all the staff

Was für eine tolle Erfahrung mit dem freundlichsten, fürsorglichsten und professionellsten Team. Als mein Sohn und ich in Antalya landeten, wurden wir von einem privaten Transferfahrer abgeholt, der uns eine eiskalte Flasche Wasser gab und uns bequem ins Krankenhaus fuhr. Bei meiner Ankunft traf ich Irem, der mich und meinen Sohn willkommen hieß. Irem sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen, Irem kennt sich in ihrem Fachgebiet hervorragend aus und aufgrund ihrer eigenen Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege wusste ich, dass es mir gut ging. Am ersten Tag meiner Ankunft im Krankenhaus hatte ich alle körperlichen Gesundheitstests mit High-Tech-Geräten erhalten – diese Tests wurden alle am selben Tag nacheinander mit hervorragender Koordination abgeschlossen. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber, ordentlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Sie haben sich alle die Zeit genommen, Sie als Person kennenzulernen. Ich wurde nie gesehen oder hatte nie das Gefühl, nur einer ihrer Patienten zu sein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das private Zimmer mit Bad wurde regelmäßig 3-4 Mal am Tag gereinigt, mit frischen Handtüchern und Decken jeden Tag, ein Bett wurde für meinen Sohn bereitgestellt (der sagte, es sei bequem), ihm wurden auch 3 Mahlzeiten pro Person angeboten Tag aus dem Krankenhaus. Aber da Irem eine wählerische Esserin ist, nahm sie sich Tag und Nacht die Zeit, eine Essenslieferung für meinen Sohn ins Hotel zu organisieren. An manchen Abenden konnte das zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr sein, wenn Irem bereits den ganzen Tag gearbeitet hatte! Aber nichts war für Irem zu viel Aufwand, sie hat sich nicht nur großartig um mich gekümmert, sondern auch um meinen 17-jährigen Sohn. Ich traf die Chirurgin Dr. Belen, die sehr freundlich war und Fragen stellte. Anschließend erläuterte er alle Fragen und erläuterte mit Hilfe von Irem den gesamten Ablauf ausführlich. Dr. Belen ist äußerst sachkundig und äußerst professionell. Nachdem ich ihn kennengelernt hatte, wusste ich sofort, dass ich in guten Händen war. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich zur Operation gebracht, alles verlief perfekt, keine Komplikationen. Ich wurde von den erstaunlichsten, fürsorglichsten und professionellsten Krankenschwestern überwacht. Mein Sohn, der erst 17 Jahre alt war, bekam ein wenig Angst, während ich mich erholte. Er schrieb Irem eine Nachricht, und Irem rief ihn an und erzählte ihm alles, was an den Maschinen passierte (Piepton). Es war alles normal, Irem kontaktierte die diensthabenden Krankenschwestern und arrangierte, dass sie zur Beruhigung ein wenig Zeit mit meinem Sohn verbringen konnten. Nichts war ihnen zu viel Mühe. Ein paar Tage später hatte ich ein Einzelgespräch mit der Ernährungsberaterin, die mir alle Informationen ausführlich erklärt hat. Meine verschwenderische Reise nach der Operation Ich bin sehr detailliert. Ich erhielt eine Tüte mit Nachsorgematerialien, darunter Vitamine, Proteinpulver, Literatur zu meiner Operation und eine vollständige Kopie meiner medizinischen Unterlagen sowie eine DVD der Operation. Ich bin selbst im medizinischen Beruf tätig und habe diese Erfahrung gemacht. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie eine freundliche, fürsorgliche, professionelle und würdevolle Pflege suchen, dann zögern Sie nicht, mit Irem und ihrem Team haben Sie das richtige Team gefunden. Es gibt immer die Sorge, für eine Operation „ins Ausland zu gehen“, ich hatte diese Sorgen und zweifelte an mir selbst, Aber eines kann ich sagen: Sie brauchen sich wirklich keine Sorgen zu machen. Ich habe so viel Zeit damit verbracht, mir vor der Operation Sorgen zu machen, obwohl ich es nicht brauchte. Ich bin 10 Tage nach der Operation und könnte nicht glücklicher sein als jetzt. Ich hatte überhaupt keine Komplikationen, trinke gut, ich befinde mich derzeit im Stadium der dickeren Flüssigkeit, also habe ich selbstgemachte Suppen gemacht, die mir gut schmecken. Seitdem ich das Krankenhaus verlassen habe, habe ich keine Schmerzlinderung erfahren, nicht weil ich sie nicht gelindert hätte, sondern weil ich sie nicht brauchte.

Ich kann Bridgehealth nicht genug empfehlen. Von Anfang bis Ende absolut brillant. Irem ist großartig, angefangen bei Videoanrufen bis hin zu dem Gefühl, dass man sich auch drei Monate nach der Operation so wohl fühlt, als man mich untersucht. Ich hatte so viele Nerven, aber Irem hat meinen Aufenthalt so einfach gemacht. Auch die Nachsorge ist super x

Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich hatte wie jeder andere Patient Angst und wusste nicht, was mich erwarten würde, aber sobald ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, wurde ich sofort von einem VIP-Taxi begrüßt, das uns zum Krankenhaus brachte, wo ich mich traf die tolle Iram, sie hat mir alles erklärt und mir alles erklärt, was ich wissen musste. Das Krankenhaus selbst war so sauber, dass etwa viermal am Tag Reinigungskräfte in unser Zimmer kamen. Sie waren auch großartig im Umgang mit unserer Begleiterin und versorgten sie dreimal am Tag mit Mahlzeiten. Ich hatte nach der Operation ein paar Komplikationen, bei denen ich drei Bluttransfusionen brauchte, aber ich wieder einmal, die Chirurgin und ihr Team gaben mir das Gefühl, sehr beruhigt zu sein und mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Am vierten Tag fuhren wir per VIP-Transfer zu einem Hotel und das Hotel war fantastisch. Seitdem ich nach Hause komme, schreibt mir Irem eine Nachricht oder kann mich jederzeit anrufen, wenn ich eine Frage stellen muss. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem aber kann ich es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weil es mein Leben verändert hat

I had the gastric sleeve after have the balloon for a year. Highly recommend. Very thorough with pre and post operation care. Hotel is very clean and professional. Surgeon is English speaking and so is the health care coordinator, they keep in touch with you and help every step of the way. 2 months in and I’ve lost 3 stone

I went by myself and that was fine as everything was planned very well, pick ups turned up on time each time and Irem took great care of me in the first-class hospital. My first couple of days I felt rough but then quickly got back to feeling like myself by following the eating plan and using the medication provided. I would certainly return and recommend it, now I'm looking forward to the new me.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting any work done. I genuinely couldn't explain how exceptional they were, from the very start to the very end. Super clean and friendly place, who treat you like VIP. Every single staff member genuinely cares for you and is always making sure you are OK. I even had cleaners coming to me all the time and making sure I'm OK or if I needed anything. Also, there was an Amazing lady called Irem who assisted me through everything, and she also kept in contact with my husband who was back home, to tell him everything was OK with me and assured him all the way whilst I was in recovery. But honestly, me explaining my experience is nothing compared to the actual experience. I couldn't recommend them enough

I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

Gastric Sleeve. Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. I’m a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didn’t leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages I’ve sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now I’ve gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and I’m comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I don’t need any plastic surgery as I’m loving my new body. But I’m 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. I’m even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how I’m doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but I’m so glad I went with this company.

Can not fault bridge health travel at all! Had my gastric sleeve on 10/1/2023 after irem being recommended to me and I'm so glad I did! I was anxious excited, nervous scared every emotion you can think of but was really kept at ease the whole time and after surgery the care was incredible, anything I needed was given!
