Irem and Sasha are fantastic, on hand whenever you need them day or night, the nurses were brilliant, all really friendly and gentle and the surgeon was fantastic too. Everything ran really smoothly, the hospital was really clean and the surgery itself went really well.

Gastric Sleeve. Bridge Health Travel have the most amazing lady Irem who in my opinion is the heart and soul of Bridge Health Travel. Her customer service is beyond the expected levels. Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. Hospital staff were friendly and helpful. As a whole I can’t fault my experience. I’m only just over a week post op so far no regrets and glad I used Bridge Health Travel as part of my journey.

Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich hatte wie jeder andere Patient Angst und wusste nicht, was mich erwarten würde, aber sobald ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, wurde ich sofort von einem VIP-Taxi begrüßt, das uns zum Krankenhaus brachte, wo ich mich traf die tolle Iram, sie hat mir alles erklärt und mir alles erklärt, was ich wissen musste. Das Krankenhaus selbst war so sauber, dass etwa viermal am Tag Reinigungskräfte in unser Zimmer kamen. Sie waren auch großartig im Umgang mit unserer Begleiterin und versorgten sie dreimal am Tag mit Mahlzeiten. Ich hatte nach der Operation ein paar Komplikationen, bei denen ich drei Bluttransfusionen brauchte, aber ich wieder einmal, die Chirurgin und ihr Team gaben mir das Gefühl, sehr beruhigt zu sein und mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Am vierten Tag fuhren wir per VIP-Transfer zu einem Hotel und das Hotel war fantastisch. Seitdem ich nach Hause komme, schreibt mir Irem eine Nachricht oder kann mich jederzeit anrufen, wenn ich eine Frage stellen muss. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem aber kann ich es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weil es mein Leben verändert hat

I went to Turkey in September 2023. I had gastric sleeve surgery the day after my arrival, and my surgery went well. The staff was amazing; nurses, cleaners and even surgeons; We should not forget the wonderful coordinators. Irem took care of me from the first minute to the last minute. I did my own research and went to BHT and I am very pleased. They are definitely 10/10.

Je n'ai rien à redire sur les voyages de santé! J'ai eu ma manche gastrique le 10/1/2023 après qu'Irem m'a été recommandé et je suis tellement content de l'avoir fait ! J'étais anxieux, excité, nerveux, effrayé par toutes les émotions auxquelles vous pouvez penser, mais je suis resté vraiment à l'aise tout le temps et après l'opération, les soins ont été incroyables, tout ce dont j'avais besoin a été donné ! Et maintenant, je suis à la maison, le suivi ne s'est pas arrêté. Wow!! What can I say, what a fantastic team. I can’t fault the company at all. They all looked after me so well and helped me from the moment I enquired to even now being 9 weeks post op. It was a big decision and a scary thing but I never felt so relaxed and at eased the whole way through. They really are amazing. They have changed my life forever and I can’t thank them enough. What can I say absolutely excellent care from enquiry to the aftercare and support. Irem the care co ordinator saw the whole process through from the very start . Arrived and was collected from the airport and met in person at the hospital by Irem pre operative tests very through bloods, ultrasound, X-ray, echocardiogram, only then cleared for surgery. Irem was there supporting at every step even escorting me to surgery and was there when I returned to my room. Hospital was spotless and medical staff very competent and skilled. Surgeon was available to answer questions and reassure. Nutrition support ongoing. My experience has been excellent.

J'ai pris l'avion pour Antalya le 28 avril pour poser un ballon gastrique. Ce fut une expérience vraiment fluide et professionnelle. J'ai été accueilli par un chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'ai été emmené directement à l'hôpital (propre, fonctionnel) et après des tests et des briefings par l'infirmière Iram et le chirurgien, j'ai été descendu pour l'opération quelques heures plus tard. Tout s'est bien passé et dès que j'ai été autorisé par les infirmières, j'ai été emmené en taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel avec Iram (infirmière/traducteur/que Dieu envoie). L'hôtel était magnifique, juste sur le front de mer avec une vue imprenable et une chambre impeccable et très moderne. Je suis resté une nuit et je suis rentré chez moi le lendemain matin, encore une fois après qu'un taxi privé pour rentrer à l'aéroport ait été réglé par Iram. On m'a donné un plan alimentaire clair et après quelques malaises et maladies (toutes normales et attendues), je me sens mieux que jamais. En 10 jours, j'ai perdu 10 livres et je réintroduit maintenant lentement les aliments solides et l'exercice. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise et son équipe, j'aurais vraiment aimé le faire il y a des années. Merci beaucoup à tous x

Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host. Big thanks to the nursing staff on floor 5, you’re all awesomethank-you for your care

Gerçekten dalmaya başlamadan önce iki yılı aşkın bir süredir tüp mide ameliyatı olmayı düşünüyordum. Hayatımın yarısı boyunca kilolarımla mücadele ettim ve büyüdüğünü görmek istediğim üç küçük çocuğum var. BHT aracılığıyla rezervasyon yaptıran bir kızı sosyal medyada takip etmiştim. Bana Iram adında bir bayanın iletişim bilgilerini verdi. Beni ameliyata alırken çok titiz davrandı ve prosedürle ilgili sorularım olduğunda her zaman oradaydı. Gün hızla yaklaştı ve ben havaalanında özel bir taksiyle karşılandım, Iram ise gece geç olmasına rağmen hastanedeydi! Hemen hastaneye kabul edildim ve kanlar alındı. Ertesi sabah tüm ameliyat öncesi testlerime götürüldüm ve yol boyunca her şey anlatıldı. Daha sonra o öğleden sonra ameliyata alındım ve çok iyi geçti. Birleşik Krallık'a dönmeden önce 2 gece daha hastanede ve bir gece de otelde geçirdim. Hemşirelerin hepsi çok tatlıydı, iletişim kurmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve hatta yardım etmek için Google çeviriyi bile kullandılar. Hastane güzel ve temizdi, çarşaflar her gün değiştiriliyordu ve çöp kutuları günde 2/3 kez boşaltılıyordu. Çok hoş bir deneyimdi ve her şey muhteşem gitti. Yurt dışında ameliyat olmak isteyen herkese BHT'yi tavsiye ederim.

I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses. Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. I’m a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didn’t leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages I’ve sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now I’ve gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and I’m comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I don’t need any plastic surgery as I’m loving my new body. But I’m 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. I’m even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how I’m doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but I’m so glad I went with this company.

I used this surgery to have Top Surgery (double mastectomy with plastics) This clinic was amazing from start to finish, I can’t fault them in the slightest. I had full support before I even flew out. Then was waited on hand and foot from start to finish every day I was there. The hospital was so accommodating and couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel they provided for me was nothing but perfect to recover in.
Would use it again if necessary.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

The staff was amazing; nurses, cleaners and even surgeons; We should not forget the wonderful coordinators. Irem took care of me from the first minute to the last minute. I did my own research and went to BHT and I am very pleased. They are definitely 10/10.

From start to finish and on going I’ve had a perfect surgery along with aftercare. I am from the UK and I was a nervous wreck even laying on the table prior to the surgery I was crying my eyes out, as I was so scared but all the staff and Dr Belen was so reassuring caring and overall lovely. Irem met me as soon as we landed and has been there throughout. I had slight gas pain after which is normal but they was on top of all pain relief, fluids everything! Couldn’t fault the clinic. I’m 10 weeks post-op and 2st 10b down and feel so much more confident and happier. Thank you for changing my life

Gastric Sleeve, my partner had the procedure, organised by the lovely Irem at Bridge Health Travel. We chose this clinic after a work colleague told me about her experience from procedure & high standard of care she got from making contact with Irem to travelling & transfer to hospital for the operation & ongoing aftercare. My colleague passed on my number to the host- Irem who made contact via WhatsApp- there was no hard-sell or endless messages- we were able to get back to Irem in our own time with no pressure which was great. Irem was keen to answer any questions we had over the procedure & would quickly reply, which helped us to make an informed choice in our own time. After considering the options of procedure in UK vs abroad, we decided to choose Bridge Health Travel. From when we made decision, Irem’s approach is professional & well organised-assisting with travel plans (best flight times for procedure) around our scheduled leave and recovery. Still many more questions to Irem who is fantastic & nothing a silly question. Our flights from the UK were delayed by over 4hrs & we kept Irem informed of our flight number & updated, and when we landed messaged her & our transfer was ready waiting for us by time we got through border-control. Polite, professional driver in luxurious van collected us & brought us straight to private clinic where Irem met us at foyer. Irem oversaw paperwork needed to check-in and straight to en-suite room, met nurses & bloods done. The clinic was clean, nurses were attentive- even with language barrier it was professional & well-organised. Irem was perfect host with excellent English skills between us & clinical team. Next morning, my partner met their surgeon- had full medical report completed with 3 different specialist consultants and was consulted by internal medical consultant (all with Irem supporting translation) before green light for surgery that afternoon. We met surgeon again prior to surgery, for any questions. I had many more questions for Irem while partner was in surgery & I was really anxious, she is so caring and has actually gone through this procedure herself that I was reassured by her. Post-surgery recovery was patient-focused with getting comfortable & pain relief, nurses were precise & knew exactly what they needed to get done. Alongside this Irem was there to support & reassure me when I was upset(I’d never experienced my partner in hospital before). Even after Irem left to go home (I kept her quite late) she messaged me & said to stay in touch if I needed to speak to her again. The standard of care we received from the clinical team was fantastic over the 5days/4nights, absolutely outstanding. The private UK option would have had my partner in only for one day then home. After the whole experience; the professionalism, teamwork & dedication of the clinical team my partner would not have got this level of care in UK which I feel was necessary for procedure & post-op recovery. House-keeping staff visited room 3x per day, cleaned room & en-suite & made-up/put away companion bed am & pm. Companion meals were provided but if you don’t like it then Irem can organise take-out. Dietician visited Irem for post-surgery nutrition instructions & supplies including powders & vitamins. Again lots of questions for dietician over food-groups & shift-patterns. Aftercare was available online for a further 12 months included in booking. To be fair I hadn’t expected the level & standard of care after reading & hearing stories of surgery abroad; how wrong we were - I’m so glad we chose to use Bridge Health Clinic. I would highly recommend Bridge Health clinic to family, friends & other people considering surgery abroad, contact Irem who genuinely cares about the people & family members in her care, she is an excellent host.
