Ich war so nervös, bevor ich ankam, aber als ich ankam, war Irem da und führte mich durch jeden Schritt des Weges. Die Betreuung, die ich vom Personal erhielt, war unglaublich … Ich wurde ständig überprüft, wechselte meine Bettwäsche und gab mir Medikamente, meine Mutter, die mich kostenlos begleitete, bekam 3 warme Mahlzeiten am Tag. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung mit dem Krankenhaus und dem gesamten Personal

I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

I underwent a gastric sleeve in November 2023 and can't thank Irem and the medical team enough for their excellent service and care. Everyone was friendly, professional and ensured I understood everything that was going to happen, asking if I had any questions at every step . The hospital was incredible in the care they delivered and they looked after my nervous husband too, making sure he felt included. Post op care was outstanding and has enabled me to return home feeling confident in my next steps towards a better me. I cant recommend Bridge Heath Care enough if your considering bariatric surgery.

Ich hatte über zwei Jahre lang darüber nachgedacht, mir eine Magenmanschette zuzulegen, bevor ich den Schritt tatsächlich wagte. Ich habe die Hälfte meines Lebens mit meinem Gewicht zu kämpfen gehabt und ich habe drei kleine Kinder, die ich aufwachsen sehen möchte. Ich war einem Mädchen in den sozialen Medien gefolgt, das über BHT gebucht hatte. Sie gab mir die Kontaktinformationen einer Dame namens Iram. Sie hat mich sehr sorgfältig für die Operation angemeldet und war immer da, wenn ich Fragen zum Eingriff hatte. Der Tag nahte schnell und ich wurde am Flughafen von einem privaten Taxi abgeholt und Iram im Krankenhaus, obwohl es schon spät in der Nacht war! Ich wurde sofort eingeliefert und mir wurde Blut abgenommen. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich zu allen präoperativen Tests mitgenommen und mir wurde dabei alles erklärt. Am Nachmittag wurde ich dann zur Operation angemeldet, die sehr gut verlief. Ich verbrachte noch zwei Nächte im Krankenhaus und eine Nacht in einem Hotel, bevor ich zurück nach Großbritannien reiste. Alle Krankenschwestern waren sehr nett, sie gaben ihr Bestes, um zu kommunizieren und nutzten sogar Google Translate als Hilfe. Das Krankenhaus war schön und sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und die Mülleimer wurden zwei bis drei Mal am Tag geleert. War eine so angenehme Erfahrung und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich würde BHT jedem empfehlen, der sich im Ausland operieren lassen möchte.

Schlauchmagen. Bridge Health Travel hat die unglaublichste Dame Irem, die meiner Meinung nach das Herz und die Seele von Bridge Health Travel ist. Ihr Kundenservice übertrifft die Erwartungen. Jede Frage vom ersten Kontakt bis zur weiteren Unterstützung nach der Operation wird effektiv und schnell beantwortet. Der Chirurg war sachkundig und überprüfte mehrmals vor und nach der Operation. Das Krankenhauspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann ich an meiner Erfahrung nichts auszusetzen haben. Ich bin erst etwas mehr als eine Woche nach der Operation und bereue nichts und bin froh, dass ich Bridge Health Travel als Teil meiner Reise genutzt habe.

Vay be, ne diyebilirim? Köprü sağlık seyahati (İrem) sayesinde en iyi deneyimi yaşadım, daha uçağa binmeden her şey konuşuldu. Medstar hastanesine varır varmaz İrem sizi gülümseyerek bekliyor olacak!! Hemen kabul ediliyorsunuz ve tetkikler başlıyor (hiç vakit kaybetmiyorlar) ameliyatımdan sonra sürekli hemşireler/cerrahım ve İrem tarafından kontrol ediliyordum. Ameliyat için yurt dışına gitmek beni çok korkuttu ama artık bunu deneyimlediğime göre %100 tavsiye edip tekrar geri döneceğim! Ameliyattan neredeyse bir hafta sonra evdeyim ve 1 taşı kaybettim - kendimi harika hissediyorum!! Daha iyi ve sağlıklı bir ben olmama yardım ettiğiniz için Bridge Health Travel'daki herkese teşekkür ederim

Cette clinique a été incroyable du début à la fin, je n'ai rien à leur reprocher. J’ai bénéficié d’un soutien total avant même de prendre l’avion. Ensuite, j'ai été attendu du début à la fin chaque jour où j'étais là-bas. L'hôpital était très accommodant et n'aurait pas pu demander mieux. L’hôtel qu’ils m’ont proposé était tout simplement parfait pour récupérer.

The care and attention I received at the clinic was exceptional. All my test were done prior to surgery and an interpreter was always there to translate what was being said when the doctor and the medical team came to see me. After my surgery I was kept stable with regular pain relief, antibiotics and fluids through a drip and my incision sites (4 in total) were cleaned and dressings changed every morning.

Gastric sleeve surgery on the 25th November 2022. I’m a 33 year old mother who had 2 travel alone because of child care. Irem was amazing. From start 2 finish as soon as I landed in Turkey I was well looked after. The hospital was spotless and the nurses were amazing. I was never left no longer then 30 minutes on my own. I was always being checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I flew over on Friday and I left on Tuesday. When I first woke up I was very much shocked but I had 2 nurses who didn’t leave my side until I had come round and was well alert. I have had no problems at all with my surgery it took a little while for my head 2 catch up with my belly and Irem as answered any messages I’ve sent very quickly. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable now I’ve gone from 16 stone 2 11 stone 9 and I’m comfortable enough to start to maintain my weight at the moment I don’t need any plastic surgery as I’m loving my new body. But I’m 50/50 about having my boobs done and if I do I will 100% be using this team again. I’m even friends with my surgeon on instagram and he always replied 2 my stories or asked me how I’m doing !! Honestly Turkey is a big place and many places offer this kind of surgery but I’m so glad I went with this company.

J'ai pris l'avion pour Antalya le 28 avril pour poser un ballon gastrique. Ce fut une expérience vraiment fluide et professionnelle. J'ai été accueilli par un chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'ai été emmené directement à l'hôpital (propre, fonctionnel) et après des tests et des briefings par l'infirmière Iram et le chirurgien, j'ai été descendu pour l'opération quelques heures plus tard. Tout s'est bien passé et dès que j'ai été autorisé par les infirmières, j'ai été emmené en taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel avec Iram (infirmière/traducteur/que Dieu envoie). L'hôtel était magnifique, juste sur le front de mer avec une vue imprenable et une chambre impeccable et très moderne. Je suis resté une nuit et je suis rentré chez moi le lendemain matin, encore une fois après qu'un taxi privé pour rentrer à l'aéroport ait été réglé par Iram. On m'a donné un plan alimentaire clair et après quelques malaises et maladies (toutes normales et attendues), je me sens mieux que jamais. En 10 jours, j'ai perdu 10 livres et je réintroduit maintenant lentement les aliments solides et l'exercice. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise et son équipe, j'aurais vraiment aimé le faire il y a des années. Merci beaucoup à tous x

I'm a few days back after having 12 12-month gastric balloon. I went by myself and that was fine as everything was planned very well, pick ups turned up on time each time and Irem took great care of me in the first-class hospital. My first couple of days I felt rough but then quickly got back to feeling like myself by following the eating plan and using the medication provided. I would certainly return and recommend it, now I'm looking forward to the new me.

I flew to Antalya on the 28th April to have a gastric balloon. It was a really smooth and professional experience. I was met by a chauffeur at the airport, was taken straight to the hospital (clean, functional) and after tests and briefings by the nurse Iram and the surgeon , was taken down for the Op a few hours later. Everything went smoothly and as soon as I was cleared by the nurses I was taken by taxi to the hotel with Iram (nurse/translator/God send). The hotel was beautiful, right on the seafront with amazing views and a spotless, very modern room. I stayed one night and flew home the next morning, again after a private taxi back to the airport was sorted by Iram. I’ve been given a clear eating plan and after some discomfort and sickness (all normal and expected) I’m feeling better than ever. In 10 days I’ve lost 10 pound, and I’m now slowly reintroducing solids and exercise. Highly recommend this company and the team, I really wish I’d done it years ago. Thank you all so much x

I was so nervous before arriving, but as soon as I arrived Irem was there and led me through every step of the way , the care I received from the staff was amazing … I was constantly being checked in on , changing my bedding and giving me medication, my mum who came with me for free received 3 hot meals a day. Overall really happy with my experience with the hospital and all the staff

I have recently been for my gastric sleeve over in Antalya with the Lovely Irem and her team. I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses. I had no problems Irem explained everything to me and put me at ease. Wouldn't recommend anybody else. Thank you so much again Irem for all that you did for me.

I went to Turkey in September 2023. I had gastric sleeve surgery the day after my arrival, and my surgery went well. The staff was amazing; nurses, cleaners and even surgeons; We should not forget the wonderful coordinators. Irem took care of me from the first minute to the last minute. I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

Every question from the first port of contact to continuing support post op is dealt with effectively and quickly. The surgeon was knowledgeable and checked in several times pre and post op. You can go there with your eyes closed. Even before your arrival Irem is very available to answer ALL your questions! The surgeon, the nurses, the staff are very craint. Irem and Sasha are fantastic, on hand whenever you need them day or night, the nurses were brilliant, all really friendly and gentle and the surgeon was fantastic too. Everything ran really smoothly, the hospital was really clean and the surgery itself went really well.
